The True Vine MedTeam is a group of trained medical personnel whose primary purpose is to provide immediate first aid and/or medical assistance to members and guest of the True Vine Baptist Church family until they have reached a level of stability or until emergency medical services arrive. We provide general advice and preventative information related to spiritual and physical health issues. We do not dispense any medication (over the counter or prescription).

During the worship service, we are stationed at the back of the church against the wall by the two chairs between the usher seats and the audio ministry. MedTeam staff members wear name tags that easily identify them and check in with the ushers prior to worship service so that they are aware of our availability on Sundays.

We perform free blood pressure checks the second Sunday of each month following the 10:45 am service. We also hold an annual health fair. Look for health tips and disease highlights in upcoming newsletters.

The ministry has members from various medical backgrounds (RNs, LVNs, medics, EMTs, surgical techs, etc). If you have a background in this or another medical area and are willing to serve in this vital ministry please contact:
